Arbitration Rules of CAM-ARIAS Mexico
In September 2010, the Arbitration Center of Mexico and the Mexican Association for Insurance and Bonds Law (AMEDESEF) signed an agreement of cooperation through which ARIAS Mexico (Mexican Branch of AIDA (Association Internationale de Droît des Assurances) established by AMEDESEF) has adopted the Arbitration Rules of CAM in force from July 1st, 2009 as the applicable arbitration rules to disputes concerning insurance and reinsurance.
